This year sees the return of St Mary’s Heritage Centre’s annual Winter Festival and this year we’re part of it! Join us for a relaxed screening of a truly magical tale of loneliness and friendship, Lost and Found. Based on the award-winning book by Oliver Jeffers, this beautifully animated short film, narrated with the dulcet tones of Jim Broadbent, will delight both adults and little ones alike.

One day, a boy finds a penguin on his doorstep and decides to take it home...even if that means rowing all the way to the South Pole!

The screening will be preceded by making a little penguin puppet and crafting miniature boats, before settling down with your penguin friend to watch this magical short.

The historic setting of St Mary’s will be transformed into a wintery scene to make it an enchanting experience for all the family. This event is aimed at children aged 3 - 6 years, but suitable for everyone and their penguins!

Dates: 12th and 13th February 2022, St Mary’s Heritage Centre. Screenings at 11am, 1:30pm and 4pm, each day. Doors open 10:30am, 1pm and 3:30pm.
